I lead a team of 20+ art directors, designers, writers, production artists & developers. Transmission specializes in B2B advertising/marketing, and content development for technology companies as diverse as Microsoft, HP, Qualcomm, DocuSign, Poly electronics, HPE, Aruba, AMD, Software AG, Transmit Security, etc. And as a member of the executive board, I have helped to grow the agency from 8 employees to 70 across the US alone in the past 2 1/2 years and almost 400 worldwide. We also had the honor of winning Adweek’s Agency of the Year for 2023.

As the Creative Director of the central marketing team I've led a diverse team of 25 multi-disciplined creative and production team members.
Projects included a wide range of online advertising/ad innovation campaigns and social media experiences that support our 22 brands. This included everything from videos, brand take-overs, banners, mobile units and interactive brand engagement at site level and in the social arena.
Another important part of my job entailed creative leadership over large-scale events for our major brands; CNET. GameSpot and CBS Sports. Throughout the year we designed 6 major conference experiences from CES, to Comicon, to SXSW, to E3 for gaming. Not only did we create the entire booth experience with graphics and video installations, we also concepted and created the invitations, advertising and social media campaign to drive traffic to the events.

Launched Ribbit Mobile. Ribbit Mobile was a software service built on the Ribbit Platform that linked landline and mobile phones to the Internet, allowing people who use the service to manage all their calls and messages in one place. Voicemail messages were automatically transcribed and sent to users as email and SMS texts. I worked with a team to develop branding, a multi-platform website, videos, and all marketing materials that included illustration, posters, sales pieces, in-store signage, etc. Also collaborated on conferences and new media shows.

After creating the campaign that led to a successful win of the International SanDisk account, I was hired as Creative Director to help lead a team of 12 creatives and a team of production artist. Projects included an innovative global guerilla campaign that helped to launch a new music product to compete with the Apple iPod. We then followed up with traditional advertising in print, online and social media experiences as well as creating a unique landing page for the two part campaign.This included everything from videos, banners, wild postings and large scale musical events.
I continued to work on a diverse list of clients that included BMW, Nokia, Blue Cross, and McAfee.
